The hotel had a plumbing issue in the evening right in the middle of the dining room, which led to us being moved to another hotel down the road. The service staff was friendly and welcoming, explaining everything clearly, while the location was good despite some noise issues. The dining experience had a nice selection but lacked in quality.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were much brighter and nicer than I expected, with a separate sink unit, shower, jacuzzi, and a small balcony offering a great view. The service was top-notch, with the staff being kind, friendly, and always ready to assist. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the bustling strip with bars and restaurants. My stay at the hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. The rooms were far better than I was expecting, with a huge jacuzzi bath right in the center. The service was friendly and accommodating to our needs, and the location was fabulous, away from the more touristy areas. However, the dining experience was not great, and the facilities were a bit lacking.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location was great, right next to the beach and close to Heraklion, but the lack of information and apology for certain situations was disappointing. The dining was nice with a variety of options, but towards the end of our stay, table availability became an issue. The service had its highs and lows; the receptionist had a don't-care attitude but the rest of the staff were exceptionally nice and helpful.

Dinner was nice with a lot of variations, especially for healthy eaters. Special thanks to the receptionist Maria, Graziella, and the helpful Melina who gave great advice on places to visit. The only downside was that it got busy towards the end of our stay, resulting in a lack of available tables.
